Join Emily for an educational and experiential 2.5 hour immersion to learn about how yoga and meditation can help manage anxiety.

During this immersion you’ll:

  • learn about what anxiety is and is not, its symptoms and how you could manage it
  • understand how anxiety affects your mind, emotions and physical body and how you can incorporate mindfulness techniques into your life to help manage anxiety
  • journey deep within the body-mind complex to experience a number of yogic practices that could help

This immersion is particularly beneficial for anyone with:

  • anxiety, PTSD, depression or stress
  • a curiosity to heal their body and mind using ancient Yogic principles
